2013 Pension Increase Tables (Annual & Monthly Costs)
#11
To be paying a contribution rate of 14.7% you would have to have pensionable pay "More than £31,218 and up to and including £41,624". This would suggest that the latest pay "rise" has pushed you into this bracket...they give with one hand, snatch away with the other.

For details of the amendments to the contribution rates in the 1992 scheme have a look at http://www.legislation.gov.uk/uksi/2015/...cle/2/made

For details and an explanation of contributions rates in each of the schemes have a look at http://www.fpsboard.org/images/PDF/Bulle...endix1.pdf

Thanks Chris. So £30,533 plus my cpd of £810 has pushed me over £31,218. My ara isn't pensionable. So with my half a percent pension increase I've had a payrise of 2.9% over 9 years when you take off my pension and national insurance increase Sad
