Trajectory, you're p60 would also include training etc so the salary could probably be less, I think the idea of a part time salary is a much better improvement. It removes the perverse incentive and rewards reductions in calls etc, CFS etc.
There may be other options would it's the huge commitment and subsequent little pay which is the biggest stumbling block in the RDS.
