AGE DISCRIMINATION CASE UPDATE:
As you know the judge in our appeal tribunal decided the judge in our original case had made a mistake in the way he scrutinised our argument (and thus ruled against us). We were therefore ordered to go through the tribunal again. The dates have now been released and it will be heard on November 8th & 9th this year.
The judges once again won their case however the government appealed again and their case is being held 2 days before ours on November 5th & 6th
