I wonder if the public sector pension schemes had similar protection built in.
BT attempted to do what Cameron and the Tories did to us and failed, forcing them to honour their commitment to rises based on the higher rpi index.

I would think that the public sector trade unions will be taking a look at this judgement to see if we have a similar case.
