I have worked with Ian in his current Union role and he is a very capable, honest and hard working official who puts the needs of members first and foremost.
I am confident that, if elected, he will deliver on his promise to defend and improve conditions of members.

Ok I see on here that the voting is strongly in favour of Ian Sim, but what about the popular vote, is he likely to win, or will the fire brigades union machinery get her over the line. From what I read on here she’s not very popular.
We all have opinions, thank god they are not all the same, or there would be no debate.

Bill this is where the members who know Ian, or trust the opinion of those who do and have experienced and witnessed him represent members honestly, have to be vocal and speak up on his behalf.
If he is elected we will rightly expect him to deliver on his promises but we need to do our bit to support his campaign to get him into a position to deliver. The alternative is not a popular option as you observe. |
