We all know Boris Johnston is a liar.
Rory Stewart gives us a comprehensive pen picture of Johnson’s ability in the activity of lying
“He has mastered the use of error, omission, exaggeration, diminution, equivocation and flat denial. He has perfected casuistry, circumlocution, false equivalence and false analogy.
"He is equally adept at the ironic jest, the fib and the grand lie; the weasel word and the half-truth; the hyperbolic lie, the obvious lie, and the bullshit lie - which may inadvertently be true."

Yes he’s one of the liars who sold brexit.
Not only did he deliberately lie through his teeth to achieve it, alongside his now estranged mate Dominic Cummings, he then proceeded ahead with an extreme version of what people had voted for without further consultation.
He was also incompetent as foreign secretary particularly with lose comments about the actions of the wife of the husband who is now on hunger strike outside the foreign office. And he made other mistakes whilst in the foreign office.
His own brother left the commons due to his versions of the truth.
We all have opinions, thank god they are not all the same, or there would be no debate.

Do you remember when people used to say that Boris's buffoonery was all an act? You don't hear that so often mow
For a short time, I worked in a role within central Govt with access to those who worked closely with him. I (literally) cannot tell you the stories I heard about his incompetence - most of it originating from Tory supporting staff, but let me confirm, his buffoon/Benny Hill/Mr Bean persona is actually him
The single worse trait is his inability to listen and take on information. When Foreign Sec, he was briefed what to do/say and what NOT to do prior to a visit to a particularly sensitive region of the world. He dozed and yawned through the lecture. Within seconds of leaving the plane, he fecked up badly, insulting the high profile team that met him on the tarmac causing a significant - but unreported - diplomatic incident.
Of course, nothing was said as a Sec of State is God like and it sounds like he is now dropping this sort of diplomatic bombshell every day

I will never forgive him over brexit. Not just the lies he told during the campaign, but the way he and his government have behaved since “getting brexit done”

Not forgiven him for the way he treated London and the LFB by ignoring the 98% of people who said no to cuts in the LFB to save 7p per week on council tax.
He just went ahead, closed 10 station (selling them cheap to his rich mates to develop) and cutting 30 appliances. 21% cut in fire cover.
Then when he went bad as an MP and minister he criticised the LFB for fire deaths going up by 20%. Go figure:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

Ok Stressed I think we can both say we don’t like him, even his brother despises him.
