Just a we note to commemorate two deceased members on this forum who are dearly missed.
Chris (Josephine) and Thom (Velbert) were highly regarded posters on here, and sadly they are not with us anymore. Six years ago today we lost Chris, and Thom died a year ago on 21 January.
Some of have fond memories of both of them, and I just wanted to commemorate their passing.
RIP Chris and Thom.
We all have opinions, thank god they are not all the same, or there would be no debate.

I meant to say, many on here will know other posters who have passed away.
Let’s remember them also.
RIP.

I remember Josephine. Opinionated, acidic, obstinate. Funny as f**k and a font of sensibility and reason. The World is sadder, less reasoned and less colourful without him. And a lot quieter. I raise a glass to his memory. See you at the big one my friend.

And Thom (Velbert) was an absolute gent. My only regret is I never met any of the two of them. And they talked highly of each other when I chatted with them.
Thom was at Chris's retrial night, a night he never forgot.
But as I said lets not forget all of those who used to post on here, who are sadly not with us anymore.
RIP.

Yes, two very nice gentlemen.... both personalities totally different but sharing a common cause. I was fortunate enough to know both and I still have a wee smile when I think of them! RIP chaps, you both made a difference and brought a lot of happiness to many people!
