Grassroots FBU was banned back in 2004 cirenstar. It hasn't been around for about 2 years. Is it therefore any surprise that its popularity has dwindled?????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!:R

But whilst the group itself may not exist anymore, the ideas that it championed still have enormous relevance. And you only have to look at just about every FBU election result in the last 3 years to realise that.

PS. I would have thought that you might have some sympathy with the ideas of Grassroots seeing as you were once a leading light in the group.......

A reliable source suggests that the ancestor of the Grassroots movement is running silent and deep.

Are Brunswick Group members ready to confirm?

"Trust was put in Wrackys camp, and his push for acceptance of the Pensions issue have pushed us back towards the old guard. The "Dont blame the New Guard" is wearing very thin now.

And on an even bigger suprise, the branch would problebly nominate Mcghee is he stood for something !! thats how disapointed we all are at branch level."
