Recall of conference 27 November 2015 Blackpool
Away from your debates on the red book incident (which I personally feel was naïve) and as much as I agree with the principles of both Corbynn and his shadow chancellor surely they realise that politics is a game and there is a way to play it?
They got themselves for the first time in a position to play the game at the highest level and are scoring more own goals than are scored in the football league!
What is it stick to my principles and get ousted? Where will that leave the so called resurgence of the left of the party.
Its like shooting yourself in the foot all the time.
Now to get back to the point of this post.
This morning more media reporting of huge splits in Labour over the bombing of Syria.
I am not going into the rights or wrongs of that but they are busily stabbing each other in the back and in-fighting in public.
Is now really the time to re-affiliate?
Common sense people. I am not saying never but surely we need to see something as a credible opposition before we throw our hats in with them because within weeks we could have re0affilated to what then changes back to New Labour with its austerity light agenda?

Lets hope if they vote for this the "dream catcher" is still around?

Benito fine post, you put it better than I ever could have.
Labour the so called opposition are opposing themselves more than they are the Tories right now, from McDonnells own goal, to this latest shambles.
If the FBU or any other trade union are considering wasting their money on a dead duck that have pressed the self destruct button, then they should get what they deserve from their members, pelters.
We all have opinions, thank god they are not all the same, or there would be no debate.
