We will be paying for this man’s self indulgence, lies, and severe mismanagement for years possibly decades to come. He was the best recruiting sergeant the SNP ever had, and I can only hope that many who voted for him will one day take a long hard look in the mirror, and at least question why they voted for him and his disciples of yes men and women, who seen fit to defend the indefensible. They are all damaged goods now, and we will all pay a price for what has gone on in recent years.
We all have opinions, thank god they are not all the same, or there would be no debate.

Johnson lied his way into No 10, lied throughout his premiership, and will continue to lie till his last breath. Johnson and Cummings have done more damage to this country than any political figures since WW2. Brexit has already contracted our economy by 4% (twice the defence budget) according to the office of budget responsibility. Much of the damage caused by brexit has been hidden by Covid, and the war in Ukraine.

We have made trading with our largest and closest trading partners far more difficult, resulting in a reduction in trade with the EU of 16% and increasing since brexit. Businesses are struggling to deal with the changes, and it’s reckoned that the delays and added admin is costing us £20 billion a year.

We have all lost our rights to live, work, retire, and remain within the EU for as long as we liked. I recently had to purchase a piece of equipment from a German manufacturer, and was hit with a VAT bill of £117 plus an £11.95 handling charge by parcel force. My package was delayed for three days whilst going through U.K. customs.

Businesses are struggling for workers, creating serious problems for or economy.
And according the the office of budget responsibility, things will only get worse.

Just watched Johnson squirming like a worm during PM questions, behind him were Tory MPs who must be wondering when he will go, and his cabinet ministers looking suitably worried. I suppose every cloud has a silver lining.Smile
