Hi guys first time posting, I’m a aviation fire fighter for a private fire service. The company don’t provide it so I want to take out private health and dental insurance. I’ve got no under lying issues but short term I’m at an age where I feel knee , shoulder and back issue may occur, so want access to physiotherapy and chiropractors regularly. Has anyone one on here taken it out, if so who with and was it worth it. Did you have to pay up front? Which companies should I avoid? thank you in advance for any help given
